     Riptidestores.com is a store dedicated to the people who love the art world. Every item we sell is 100% top quality, our goal is to provide you with a great choice of product at great prices.

Shpping and Handling:
          Most items are a one of a kind and multiples can not be ordered, in some instances a like item can be carved if ordered by a customer. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery service will be provided by UPS & USPS for packages to a physical address within the continental United States. If a shipment is going coast to coast it may take up to seven business days from the date of shipment to arrive. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is extra.

UPS Next Day Air:
        Call or Email for extra charges-weight and distance must be calculated.
UPS 2nd Day Air:
        Call or Email for extra charges-weight and distance must be calculated.

Shipping to APO / FPO addresses:
               We ship to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post (FPO) destinations. Priority Mail is the only way to get your package to an APO/FPO address and unfortunately tracking information is not available on any of these shipments.

International shipping:
            Due to the frequent occurrence of fraudulent orders and lost shipments, we DO NOT ship to any foreign countries or to any U.S. territories.

Tracking orders:
           There will be an email confirmation sent to you after you have placed your order. This confirmation is sent as long as you have "checked" the box on the order form to request that an email confirmation be sent to you. When we actually ship your order, we will send you another email.

Sales Tax:
We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Florida mailing addresses. The current sales tax rate is 7% and is calculated based on the full amount of the order including shipping.

Returns:
           Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization, you can request a return authorization by email at riptidestores@yahoo.com Thee is a 30 day return policy. Items that have been used will not be accepted, items must be returned in new condition. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will receive an Email back with your RA number, once you receive the RA number simply detach the address label and affix it to the package. Write your RA number on the outside of the package. Please include a copy of the original invoice and RA form with the package.
